Module 1: Foundation & Legacy (2 days: In-Person)

Explore and build a foundation of understanding of the core leadership principles and skills that create empowered organizations. Participants learn how mastering these principles and skills makes them better leaders and equips their teams for higher performance.

Develop leaders' ability to coach their teams for greater performance. Kickstart coaching skills, provide opportunities for practice, and leverage cohort support to continue building coaching skills that empower teams.

Module 3: Team Leadership (2 days: In-Person)

Module 5: Graduate Mentor Program (3 hours: In-Person or Virtual)

Upon completing the Empower 365 program, graduates will be encouraged to teach and mentor the next cohort of leaders in your organization. In this graduate program session program participants will be equipped to become mentors and empower the next generation of leaders.

  • Four x 2-day in-person & interactive workshops
